Coronet City Spaceport -- Corellia
This port is busy, like most, but here the hot breath of takeoff and the deep rumble of engines is closer, more of a feature of the port than an annoyance. The landing pads and small maintenance bunkers sprawl across a large open area open to the sky and surrounded by blast walls to protect the farmlands beyond. Pilots, engineers and techs, mostly natives, move among the hardware as if at home in the confusing and fast paced Port.
A large complex on the west end of the spaceport houses control functions, transport authority offices, and the CorSec station. To the south, large gates are wide open allowing free access to this section of the spaceport landing area. There's another exit to the east, around the more rundown section of the spaceport. At the north end of the landing area, two monorail tracks emerge from underground in front of a small ticket station.

You move south towards Trader's Way.

Trader's Way -- Coronet City: Corellia
Trader's Way is a wide and well maintained road that runs between the Coronet Spaceport to the north and the center of town- Nebula Plaza, to the south. The sleek plastisteel of the light fixtures decorating both sides of the road contrast the old-style brick of many of the houses that line the street in between the various shops that have sprung up. To the east is a broad road winding towards Homeport Lane. The road to the west leads to Treasure Ship Row, once one of the busiest and most exciting spots for tourists in Coronet City.

Naota enters from the space port to the north.

Kiare wanders amidst the shops on this street having been to visit her father. A carrysac full of accumulating purchases hangs over one shoulder, her hand holding the strap there. Humming softly, almost under her breath, the other hand is fingering the end of her braid which has been pulled over the other shoulder for this purpose.

Sitting a metal bench Ta seems to be just relaxing, his green eyes are casually looking around the busy street though it's apparent that he's not looking for anyone or anything specific. In his one hands he's holding a plastic bottle, 'Fizzy-Goo' the favored sports drink of the slice. Then with a sigh he pulls out his shades and slips the dark lenses over his eyes as the sun just came out from behind a small cloud cover and its bright rays caress Coronet-city.

Shoulders seem to relax slightly and Kiare sighs as the sun warms her back. She disappears into another shop for just a few moments, and when she emerges there is another lump in the carrysac. Settling the strap back over her shoulder she slips on small shades of her own which hide the deep brown gaze from any stray observers.
An easy stride carries her to one of the benches with a subtle sway of hips and the lean form is folded onto the empty seat. Opening a bottle of Ju-blast she takes a long swallow of the juice drink and the other hand brushes hair away from her face.

Hidden behind his shades it's hard to tell what the young man is looking at anymore. His head no longer seems to be moving, he is focusing on the young girl walking down the street. But as she steps into a store Ta reaches up to his nose and slides his glasses lower on the ridge. With a 'hrrm' he takes another sip and just leans back on the bench, figuring she'll be out in a few minutes.

And so she is, heading toward another bench, just like the one he's presently occupying. An impish grin appears around his lips as his eyes follow her every more, as she takes a seat, as she opens her bottle and sip from her 'Ju-Blast'. Shaking his head slightly Ta simply sips his own, much superior drink, but for now he figures not to say anything. Though he probably should..

Brushing the fall of hair over her shoulders and shaking it out over her back Kiare looks skyward for a moment. Gaze drawn back to the planet she settles the carrysac against her side and, arm still looped through the strap, rest her hand against the bench as well. Another pull on the drink and she takes a deep breath, eyes closed for an instant behind the darkly tinted lenses that shade her vision.
A resettling occurs, right leg crossed over left at the knee and the carrysac shifted toward her hip she leans back a little to let the wind catch her hair and lift the curly blonde strands away from her just slightly. Again a drink from the bottle. The juice may not be the height of popularity but she doesn't care, she's partial to the flavor and the sweet juice tickles her tongue.

Still grinning Ta shakes his head again, decisions, decisions. What should he do? But he is a good mood and last night's excessive amount of booze has already been flushed out by the large mugs of bacta-shakes he forced down this morning. So he is feeling all right, he's just trying to get rid of the bad taste in his mouth. And to do that, another gulp of 'Fizzy'.
Standing up he crosses the short distance to the other bench and stops a few feet from Kia. His eyes run up down on her and tilting his head he chuckles "Planning to invade Selene? I know that sometimes the Festival might seem rough when the party gets out of hand, but are you sure you need all that hardware? I mean, CorSec might not like people running around with E-11s. It's just one of those things, makes the locals a wee bit worried when someone decked out for a full scale planetary invasion walks down the street."

A glance at the rifle strapped to the carrysac and she shrugs, "They can see it, and I'm not wearing combat armor so it's not like I'd want to use it. But until I've actually aquired accomidations other than a pallet in a hangar I tend to keep the things I'm responsible for with me."
Kiare's head tips up to study the man and she grins, "Besides," she slides the shades down a little to reveal deep brown eyes dancing with mirth, "If you ask my brothers they'd tell you I could invade Selene with just my attitude and a grin."

Looking at her rifle Ta just grins and shrugs "Well, there is still this pesky thing called 'Law' and it is rather specific about these things. Even heavy blasters pistols are usually frowned upon by the local authorities unless you have special permissions or something."
Then he laughs out again and takes a sip "Though I have no doubt that you could pull off something like that, invading Selene with just your attitude and a grin. And if you did you'd probably end up with all the medals the NR could hang on your chest, and another cartload that would need a few wookiees to be carried after you."
His eyes sparkle mischievously and he looks around to see if there's any green-white officers around "Still, you might want to wrap that thing up for now. I'm sure you're just here to enjoy the festivities so why attract any more attention than you otherwise would?"

"My Da runs a place that's over on what he likes to call 'the rough edge'. I'm just down from my new 'accomodations' to pick up some neccessities. I'm sure my boss will have me off and running who knows where until the next swoop race." Kiare makes a bit of a face as if she hates him already, "New bosses can be so prickly, especially when you've not run a race for them yet."

Quirking an eyebrow Ta gives her a curious look "A swooper? Hmm, well, you just missed the last heat two weeks ago over at RASA, the next one is.. good question, I haven't heard anything yet about either the date or the location. Still, I figure about 2-3 weeks, that is if you're with GLS, I have no idea about any 'undergrounds' heats, not since the one on Nar about 2 months ago."
Then he nods "Ahh, yes, a new boss is always fun to get, what team you're with? I know some of the people in charge, I could drop a few good words for you if you'd like."
His eyes dart to her bulging carrysac "Shopping for the necessities? I see. Well, you could not have picked a worse time to do that, with the three weeks long Festival every shopkeeper 'mysterious' jacked up his prices. Still, I suppose you don't have much of a choice right? If you need something, then you need something."

Kiare grins again and slips the shades back into place, "Team Callendor, Jaren Sylas is the only one I've met so far. He owns the Crimson Myst." She pats the carrysac, "Some of them came from Da, so there's not much I actually have to purchase. I picked up a few extras from my room as well, he can use the space I suppose since Dylan is getting married and Connor's wife and two little ones are going to be staying with him."
A sip of her drink and she tucks a jacket from the carrysac around the rifle, "I was hoping Pat was back but it seems he's still not home yet." Her gaze is roaming over the man slowly while she hides behind those dark lenses. He's probably done the same to her so she's not at all ashamed, besides that, the view isn't bad.

Laughing out, long and hard Ta seems unable to control his mirth. Stepping forward he puts one leg on the bench beside her and leans forward on his thigh, resting on his elbow. "Jaren? Jaren Sylas? Oh, that is just priceless! Since when is HE running a swoop team? Team Callendor?"
Still grinning he finally manages to stop his laughter. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be rude, but I do know him, it's just, I didn't know he was into swoping and such. Ahh, this is quite funny. But no, I'm sorry. Anyway."
He nods and his gaze shifts back to her bag "I see, well, that's good, I was gonna suggest that if you need anything else you find a shop far, far away from the main streets where the merchants didn't fall prey to this Festival frenzy. To save you a few creds and such"

Amid the noise rising in the streets, Jaren walks around the corner and lifts his head as he hears his name. Looking about, he notices Naota and Kiare over to one side, and begins to make his way over there, "So what about me?"

Kiare's head tips upon hearing Jaren's voice and she smiles, "Hey there. I was just telling.. him," After all she hasn't gotten a name yet, "About your swoop and that I'd be racing for you." A carrysac sits next to her odd lumps shaping it and a bottle of Ju-blast juice drink in one hand and half empty.

Speak of the Devil, or maybe in the SW theme it's 'Speak of the Sith' either way, the saying holds true. Seeing Kia turn her head and address someone with a smile Ta looks over his shoulder and with a grin of his own turns toward the approaching young man. Extending his hand he offers it to the deputy director/swoop team manager and that contradicting job title makes him chuckle out again.
"Hey there, I just heard of your latest idea. I guess your other job's not keeping you busy enough these days? And speaking of that, I ran into Scarlet a few days ago, she was wondering when her beloved will be finally set free."

Jaren shakes the man's hand and smiles, "Well it's been something I have been kicking around. My job just doesn't pay me enough." He grins a little, "Not to mention, it could possible turn out to be a good source of information for us. Who knows." He smiles a little before releasing the hand and turns his head towards Kiare.
"This sorry excuse for a pilot? You mean he hasn't used his manners and told you his name yet?" He shakes his head as he grins and looks at Naota, "You StarOps boys are all alike. No wonder no one can tell you all apart. You never introduce yourselves." He grins wickedly at the man for a moment, then shakes his head, "Oh well I suppose not many of you need names." He laughs a little bit and smiles before claping the man on the shoulder, "Just kidding of course."

Kiare laughs a bit and looks from Jaren to Ta, "I never noticed that StarOps boys had bad manners, but then I suppose Li and Cath both had good manners and smooth ways with women before they joined up. Probably harder to train those things out than to train them in once they're all grown."
Her smile lifts at one corner just slightly, "Not that you were terribly forth coming with the information when I first met you, Jaren. I knew what I was in for but you're worse than a davakian clam when it comes to actually sharing some tidbit of information about yourself, like your name." Again her gaze shift, this time to Ta, "He introduced himself as my 'new boss'. Wonderful introduction, do I call him new, or boss?"

With a smirk Ta playfully punches Jaren in the shoulder "True that, all we're good for it slamming into those beastly Imp cap-ships. Who cares about our names right? As of not getting paid enough, well, try walking in our shoes for a few weeks. Tax payers might complain about all the military expenses but they are not the ones who have to climb into riggedy old X-wings and take on those Scimitars."
With a slight shrug he frowns "Some people are just unable to understand the situation. Oh well. So, you decided to start a swoop team to compliment your paycheck? There is good money in it, and also a while ago a lot of the Imp pilots used to race as well, though I haven't seen most of them in a while. As of not introducing myself, I was getting to it. Shss!"
Then he turns back to Kia "What do you expect from him? His 'real' job is to gather information, not to disseminate it. But anyway, name's Naota, Naota Nandaba, but my friends usually just call me Ta. Long story. As of what to call him, well, I could come up with a few names but I think I'll just stick to Jaren."

Jaren grins a bit, "You knew my name before that. But that isn't a big issue. Hell I bet half the Imps know my name by now." He grins a little, "Yeah, well I'd more than likely crash that X-Wing into the side of one of our own ships, I'm not the best pilot out there." He shrugs a little, "But I get where I need to go. So I'm not too worried about it. Though I like those tax payers, they pay both our checks, as meager as they are."
He smiles a little before putting his hands into his pockets, and eyeing Naota, "So what exactly are these names per-say? I'm curious now." He grins and raises an inquiring eyebrow to the man and chuckling, "Surely they can't be all that bad. After all, I'm the one who managed to get you the fleet specs over Coruscant for that big ole battle you guys had when we tried to reclaim it." He smiles broadly, "Surely that saved yer scrawny hide in some form."

A smirk aimed at Jaren is Kiare's only response to his words, she draws the shades down her nose to reveal those deep brown eyes again and her boss is given a once over before the gaze shifts to Ta, "A pleasure to meet you Ta, My name is Kiare Quinn. My brothers Liam and Cathan are in StarOps." Not that she expects him to know the rather tall blonde twins, but one never knows.
The scrawny hide is not without its appeal but she keeps her own council on that issue, "So tell me some of those names, they might come in handy when I need something to yell at him."

Taking a sip from his 'Fizzy' the young pilot sighs, gives Jaren an odd look and rolls his eyes "Oh, yeah, Coruscant. I don't think that battle will go down in history as an NR victory. It was one mistake after the other from the get go. I don't want to point fingers here, as it was a collective failure but if I were you, I would not brag about that whole incident.
Considering that it turned out to be one huge trap and the NR walked right into it. Oh the pleasure of being under those planetary shields for a whole month constantly under Imp indirect fire. Oh how much I miss those nightly raids and the mortar and artillery shells. The way our 2 remaining fighters provided constant target practice to their AA-gunners. Oh how much I miss thee Coruscant, jewel of the slice."
Then he laughs out again and shakes his head "I suppose we need the tax payers just as much as they need us, too bad that we rarely get the respect we should. But I guess that's our fate right? To fight the good war while those we're protecting just go on with their happy little lives never knowing the sacrifices we make so they can have a pleasant day."
He just shrugs and it seems he's done with the topic, instead he turns his head toward Kia and offers a little bow "Well, the pleasure is mutual, as of your brothers, hmm, their name doesn't sound familiar, are they with the Crusader cbg? If not, then I'm afraid I don't know them. As of him? Actually, we just call his kind 'spooks' in general, I don't have a specific name for Jaren and you know, he's not such a bad guy for a spook."

Jaren nods his head, "Well I didn't have anything to do with the planet side defenses. But you definitely are right. That was one wrong move after another. Glad I wasn't on the ground there." He smiles a little as he nods his head slightly, "Ah. Well, if I weren't a "spook" I'd find otherways to give you a StarOps boys some issues. Maybe I'd go be a general or something." He grins a little and laughs, "But I think I will pass on that one. Then I may end up in ground combat, stuck under shields." He turns his eyes to Kiare and raises, "And why would you want to yell at me? I'm a nice guy." He pauses for a moment, "Unless your the enemy. Which in this case you're not, so I don't need to be a not so nice guy." He grins broadly and moves to sit down on the bench next to her.

Kiare elbows him lightly, "You're not so bad, for a big spook. I myself am not a big spook so I can say that you're quite strange for a spook. But you did manage to teach me enough to fly that ship you assigned me. Now I just have to get you to let me take out the Myst and try her out on a track."
She pushes the shades back into place and finishes off the Ju-blast looking from Jaren on one side of her to Ta on the other, ah the pleasures of being surrounded by attractive men.

Still smirking Ta just flashes his eyes back to Jaren for a second "Indeed, after a failed Op few people are willing to admit that they had anything to do with it, or that they even heard of it. Kinda like the raids on Caspar?" but he just chuckles and shakes his head "Of course Black-Ops are even worse, when one of those goes sour, your file just gets deleted and you cease to exist, right? But I'm sure you know more about that than I do."
Then once again he turns back toward the young blonde girl "Him? Teaching you how to fly? After he just admitted that he'd probably crash into the nearest friendly cap-ship? Oh-oh.. You sure that's a good idea? Maybe you should try to find someone a little more qualified? Like the Crusader cbg's Flight Instructor?" he laughs out and throws her a playful wink.

Jaren chuckles a little at Ta, "Yeah, well that would be combat related. I can fly a ship without the combat just fine, thank you very much." He grins a little, "Besides, from what I understand you're not that great a teacher. Sure you can fly, but what about that Reese guy? Maybe you taught him to fly a little, but sure didn't teach him much else." He grins a little, knowing that Naota will get the point and smirks broadly.
He looks back over to Kiare and grins, "You can take 'er out any time you wish. I've had 'er moved onto your ship so you can take 'er out to the track and get a little practice in. I'd rather you didn't crash your first race. I'd hate to have to rush you to a bacta tank. Would be a waste of such a stunning creature as yourself."

In the near distance the din of many voices can be heard chattering exitedly, after a few moments it is plain to see who the culprits are. Ewan Dain nods and smiles to several young struggling actresses who have decided to take this time to flood him with their qualifications for stardom. The young producer nods and smiles wishing he was somewhere else. There was alot of street before he reached the comfort of his house and no one to rescue the young man from the hungry hoards of unemployed performers. Looking for any sign that might get him away from the gnats which seem to stick to his coat like glue. His eyes narrow as his lips turn into a smile. "Naota!" Pushing through the crowd and doing his best to not be rude he approaches Ta and smiles. Seeing that the young man has found someone important to talk to the hoard disperses in a bitter departure. "Naota, Jaren! Good to see you two, and... who's this?" He asks of the young woman. Offering his hand he introduces himself I'm Dain, I don't think I've met you before." He smiles.

Laughter bubbles forth and Kiare tips her head back to enjoy the mirth which has set her shoulders to shaking slightly. But then someone is introducing himself and she stiffles the laughter in order to accept the hand. With her other hand she draws down the shades and deep brown eyes lift to the man's face, "Kiare Quinn," That grin is back sparks of mischief set to dancing in the liquid brown of her eyes. "A pleasure, I'm sure."
Tipping her head she winks at Ta and pretending to ignore Jaren's comment now that the laughter it incited has been chased away. "So you know these two ne'er-do'wells?" Teasing both men at once when she speaks to Dain.

Throwing up his arms in mocked dismay Ta just shrugs "I am the Flight Instructor, what else am I supposed to teach but how to fly? And I did a pretty job at that, thank you very much. As of combat related flying, with all this pirate activity you can never know when someone attacks you right?"
With another grin he nods and takes a seat on the bench looking up at Kia "As of not crashing on a swoop, I could offer some lessons in that as well. I can be very versatile.." but his attention is drawn toward the approaching small crowd, crowd of what can only be a flock of young actresses, and not too surprisingly he notes Dain in the middle.
With a chuckle he stands and moves toward his friend "Hey Dain, good to see you up and about, I was a bit worried last night when you went to bathroom and didn't return, but I guess I found someone more pleasant to hang out with than your old pal."
Then throwing an impish grin to Kia adds "Indeed, it would be such a shame if you ended up confined into a bacta tank for a few weeks, just floating in there with little more than a little bathing suit on."

Jaren chuckles a little, "I'm just pressin yer buttons, Ta. I know all about it." He smiles a little and turns his head as he seens the small crowd coming and then dispurse as Dain emerges shouting his and Ta's name. He grins a little at the man and nods his head, "Well now, if it isn't the big holo star himself." He grins a bit more, "Anything exciting happen at your studios of late? I'm always up for a little bit of gossip." He smiles and leans back in the bench and watching the people gathered and those moving along the streets. After a moment he raises a black boot clad foot and rests his ankle on the oposite knee.

Dain smiles and shakes the woman's hand firmly but not rudely. "It is a pleasure. Yeah I know those two." Letting his eyes rest on the woman just a moment too long he turns his attention back to Jaren and Ta. "How's it going?" He smiles, happy to see the two. "Hardly a holo-star." He chuckles. "Well the studio has bought it's first script which were starting production on soon, that's promising to be interesting. Lando invested 100k in the studio too so it's going really well. What are the three of you up two? Ta, you taking them clubbing and not inviting me!" Dain glowers at Ta with mock hurt. "You know how I love the clubs."

Kiare shoots a bright grin at Ta, "I don't need a bacta tank to end up in a little scrap of bathing suit." She winks at him, "There are much better reasons, and ways, and timing for such clothing. Maybe you could help me get the kinks worked out of Jaren's swoop before I start racing it." Almost as an after thought she lays a hand on Jaren's arm, "Of course if you want you can come too."
Then once more those brown eyes shift to Dain and study him, but he doesn't seem as all those women swarming around him might lead one to believe. "I don't believe clubs were mentioned. If we're going to do that I should probably put on something a bit more feminine. Something to dance in maybe." Oh yeah.. with a hemline way up there.. just to make a point.

With a shudder Ta shakes his head. "Clubbing? Hardly, I'm still somewhat recovering from last night, I cannot believe our tab, or the sheer amount of ale and whiskey we consumed. I think I remember the fireworks starting and someone, someone joining us, but then you left and I think I was talking to her for a while, then I had more drinks, then I have no idea how I got back to my ship. Thank goodness for morning-after bacta-shakes."
With a soft chuckle he turns back toward the young blonde "I'll keep that in mind, and you know Corellia has some very nice beaches if you need a better reason for a bathing suit than a bacta thank. Unless you'd like to wear one while I give you some swoop lessons? Though if you did that I might not be able to concentrate on the lesson at all."
With that he laughs right out and winks. "And yes, we do end up going to a club, I would also advise another outfit, and preferably without that E-11. It would be hard to conceal in any club-worthy clothe."

Jaren shakes his head, "I highly doubt there is any issues with that swoop." He sticks out his tongue, "That machine is brand new and never been raced. Unless driving it into the crate is considered racing it these days." He grins a little at the mention of the a bathing suit, "Well my house is actually a beach front property." He smiles a little and grins, "Unless of course my absense of late has caused someone else to think it was free and try to buy it." He grins a little, "Good thing I have those guard hounds at all the important places to keep people away." He smiles a little and pulls out a pair of his own sunglasses and slips them over his eyes to cut down some of the glare.

There always seems to be a bustle of traffic filtering in from the west end of Treasure Ship Row. Sentients of all shapes, sizes and colors can be found in the greatest of numbers here, second only to the spaceport. It is from this direction that Gabrielle emerges, the glint of a vibroblade disappearing into her boot as she swiftly tucks it away. Straightening she glances about as if deciding which course to take next.

Dain nods to Ta and glances at the approaching crowd, Corellia's streets were busy today which gave Dain the idea that he'd like to be off them as soon as possible. "Well I'm all for going to a club or the beach, it's been a while since I was out by the water. We could always go get a few drinks and take them to the beach, or maybe we should have a beach party! I could get some live musicians to play on the beach and get a bunch of booze." Dain always thought about parties, if he'd spent half as much time producing as he did attending parties Starlight would be doing a whole lot better. "But I can do whatever." He lied.

Shara steps slowly onto Trader's way from the spaceport watching the people around her with an edge of mistrust and suspecion, seeming particulary fond of staring down the NR security officers. Her rigid looks at the security officers show she had next to no real confidence in their abilities in any way. Her leg was still bandanged and she still limped from the swoop crash the day before but it seemed not to make much of a difference to her. She stopped for a moment un the center of Trader's way to give the entire area a looking over and stood silently allowing her warm eyes to drift across the crowd as her tail swayed ever so slightly.

Looking from Jaren to Ta then to Dain Kiare shrugs, "Beach sounds fine to me but I am not sure a huge party is where I want to be right now. So if you are all going to opt for that I'll find a nice place to swim or nap or something, if it's all right with you."
She draws another bottle of Ju-blast out of her carrysac and opens the top. Taking a drink she winks up at Ta again, "I'm sure Jaren has room for you on the team." A wicked grin, "Maybe my personal trainer?"

Nodding with a grin Ta seems to be sharing Dain's idea for a beach party "Sounds good, I wouldn't even mind foregoing the live band, we could just load up some drinks, that's we really need. That and good company." again he throws Kia a wink "And we could make bathing suits optional if we wanted to. As of his team, sorry but I race for TCR, though that wouldn't keep me from giving you some personal attention and some one on one training."
Then his green eyes turn toward the street and he also notes how there's more and more people around them. Well, there is a Festival going on and it's good for Corellia's economy to have such an influx of tourists and visitors. Tuning back toward his friends he just adds "So, Jaren's place? And what time?"

Jaren just shrugs, "I don't know so much about a big party. The house isn't -THAT- big. I have to be able to afford the beachfront as well as the house ya know." He winks, "My paycheck isn't -THAT- great. At least not yet." He smiles and rests his hand on Kiare's forearm, "We haven't managed to win any races yet. Or even participate in one. But I'm sure once she's ready and I can afford it, we'll get a couple more racers and sleds to afford the entire beach." He grins and smiles, "But a few people, the beach and something to drink doesn't sound too bad. We shouldn't even need to really pick up anything to drink either. As when I left, my mini bar was quite well stocked." He grins a little and chuckles.

Strangers and visitors? Sure there were plenty about. It was about time Corellia had seen such an influx in tourism. But these streets, Gabrielle had wandered since she was old enough to walk..and run for that matter. With a few wistful thoughts she sets across the street towards the plaza.

The crowds continued to grow as the traffic from the spaceport begand to flow through the streets of Coronet City. Dain was glad his friends had decided to get off the streets, the last thing Dain wanted was another swarm of people begging to be auditioned for Starlight when Dain wanted nothing more then to sit and talk with friends. "A get together at Jaren's house sounds perfect, I could pick up some spice from my house and get some food too, I need a break from all this work." What work? Dain had done nothing but party and hold meetings lately. "Yeah a break sounds nice. You guys want me to pick up anything special?" He asks glancing at the nearing populace.

Shara looks towards the beach and stops a security officer and begins inquiring abut 'prepearations' and the defensive plans for securing the beach for saturdays event in a soft tone that didn't match her attitude. The officer muttered a few anwsers to her questions which were all but inaudiable, unlike Shara's voice. The Horansi woman waved him away and sighed, moving to lean against a wall and watch the crowds again.

Kiare smiles up at the man, "I'll have to run to Da's to pick up my suit and then to the ship to drop off my stuff, "But I'm sure Jaren or Ta could get me to the right location." Her gaze turns to Ta, "You'll show me where Jaren's house is, right?" A bat of lashes and a slow grin, well maybe she'll be a little late.

With a frown Ta shakes his head and his eyes dart toward Jaren "Oh, I don't know, I'm not sure I like the way that sounds, I mean, 'mini-bar'? Have you ever seen Dain drinking? I don't think so, or you would not assume that your house is well stocked for one of his parties. If he could, he'd pay himself in ale and whiskey. I'm surprised that Starlight hasn't filed for bankruptcy yet."
Then he laughs out and playfully taps Dain in the shoulder "Of course I shouldn't say anything, last night we almost drank the Jammerz dry. I think. I know that by 11 they were out of anything not the domestic stuff. Still don't worry as avid party-goes we learned never to show up empty handed. You can expect a few extra cases from anyone coming. I think that old age alchemists would be proud of us, we learned how to transmute our paychecks into booze a long time ago. And Dain, cut back on the spice man, it's junk and you don't need it to have a good time, shss.."
As of Kia's words, he just laughs out and nods "Sure, could do that, in fact, I need to stop by my ship as well to grab something more suitable for a beach party. I could meet you at the spaceport, my ship is the Anubis, you could meet me there or anywhere else. We'd pick up some booze on our way and some munchies. How does that sound? Then we could go and look for Jaren's house, and should we fail to find it, hey, we'll be on the beach already so we could just have our own little party right?"

Jaren chuckles and nods, "This is true, I can't say I have ever seen the man drink. And I myself tend not to get too carried away. No need for too much of a ruckus." He grins broadly and smiles. After a moment he turns his head to Dain and shakes his head, "That stuff'll rot your brains, ya know? I never have understood the appear for that junk." Then he shrugs and just shakes his head, as it really wasn't his business anyway.
Smiling he turns his attention to Kiare and nods, "It's not too hard to find. It's probably the smallest house situated on the beach, and it probably has the largest fense around it of all the houses that are on the beach." He grins broadly, "Can't be too careful and all."

Dain chuckles and nods in agreement. "I suppose you're right, I've been smoking that stuff for a long time, maybe I should kick the habit." Dain reaches into his pocket and withdraws a small slender spice stick, tossing it to the ground he crushes it under his black corellian boots and smiles. "Who needs spice when you got booze!" Dain really was a lush, He wasn't drunk all the time, but at parties he definatly didn't mind getting slop faced. "I'll head to the shop and get some stuff to bring, I wouldn't want to clean you out Jaren." The young man winks. "And Ta, I so don't drink THAT much." He lied again. "There a place I can meet with you or do you guys just want to give me directions?"

Freya sees Naota and walks towards him and the rest, Freya smiles and nods at Shara. As she comes closer to Naota she greets him "Hello there Sir, how are you ?" afterwards she looks to the others "Friends of yours ?"

Grinning at Ta Kiare winks back, "A private party." Then she laughs at Jaren, "Oh yes, wouldn't want anyone spying on all that sleeping and boozing you do. You might actually talk in your sleep about all the ships you've crashed." A wink for Jaren and she grins at Dain, "One nasty habit you don't need, dear." But she's sure he's got plenty more to stand in its place.
Rising she shoulders the carrysac and flicks her hair over her shoulder again, "So I'll meet you at the Anubis, or if you're ready first you can wait for me at the Heartbreaker."

As Freya approaches Ta gives her a nod and grins "Gee, would you just stop that 'Sir' thing while we're on leave? And yes, that's Dain, Jaren and Kiare." he nods to each one of them in turn though for now he doesn't seem to be going into any greater details, that can wait. "We're all heading to the beach, feel free to join us, we can all use a few drinks and some sunshine right?" then giving Dain a smirk he just adds "Riiight."
And with that he turns toward Kia "All right, I can change pretty fast, as most of the things are just coming off and only a little goes back on, I'll meet you at your ship in, say 20 minutes? Or if you're done before that come over to the Anubis, just make sure you knock eh?" he winks then nods to the others and heads north toward the spaceport. "I'll see the rest of you in a few"

Jaren eyes Kiare and playfully slaps her shoulder, "I resemble that remark!" He pauses for a moment and grins, "Of course my house ALSO houses some documents from 'work' since I have a small office there for when I get to steal away for a little bit." He chuckles, "Not that I make it here very often of course. But they are still there." He grins broadly and shakes his head at Dain as he crushes the spice cylander, "If you do end up bringing any, only outside." He raises and eyebrow and chuckles at the man while jokingly punching him on the shoulder.

Dain nods to Jaren and agrees. "I don't mind not bringing any, honestly. Though I will have to pick up quite a bit of booze and some food and stuff. I may mention the party to a few friends but nothing big, I better head out before all the good liquors gone. I'll see you all at the party." He smiles devilishly. Only Dain knew what Dain had planned...

================== 30 minutes later ============================

Standing by the main ramp of the Hearbreaker it seems that Ta got here just a few minutes ago as well. He's already dressed for the party, as much as one dresses fro hanging out on the beach. Beside him is a pack of cor-ale in a small cooler to keep it cold. His shades are back on and now he's just waiting for Kia to finish changing inside.

Emerging from the ship Kiare is actually still settling the shirt into place and a strap of shimmery emerald can likely be seen before she hides it with the strap of the shirt and slips the shades on.
Reaching the bottom where Ta waits she grins and winks, "Ready to go?"

As the ramp opens and she walks off Ta throws her a quick grin and picks up the cooler. "I think we're about set, lets see if we can find this place. Though I suppose we won't have such a hard time, if the fence is indeed that noticeable."
Then as he heads toward the main road he looks back over his shoulder with an impish grin "Nice outfit, but I thought we agreed that bathing suits were optional. Still, I suppose we need something till we get there right? We'd attract too much attention if all we're wearing is sunglasses right?"

"Very noticiable, and you wouldn't want everyone else trying to get me away from you right?" A grin and she reaches out to pat you on the bottom as she follows you toward the beach, if you don't skitter out of the way to fast, given that she makes contact, she might even give it a feel.

With a chuckle Ta nods hoists the cooler over his shoulder to make is easier to carry. "That's true, and with this thing on my shoulder I couldn't even fight them off. Though I'm sure you could take of yourself if anyone tried anything against your wishes right?" with that he winks again but he's kinda unable to move to fast, when her hand slaps him playfully he just laughs out "Hey, remember, what comes around goes around!"

Laughing brightly and hurrying ahead of you several steps Kiare calls back, "You have to catch me.. and then you can give me what I deserve." Her backside wiggles in your direction but since you can't chase her she teasingly keeps out of reach by just a few inches.

Shaking his head Ta pretend to be upset and sticking his tongue out tries to move as fast as he can, but considering how his hands are full even if he did catch up there's not a lot her could do to 'retaliate'. With a grin he watches her dart around him and the way her backside wiggles. "Tease! Once I put this down I'll throw you right into the ocean!"

Keeping ahead of Ta Kiare calls back, "You know that isn't what you want to do with me. You just want to grab me and..." She stops short seeing the others and it's quite possible that Naota runs right into her.

Indeed he does bump into Kia playfully, nudging her to go and join the others on the veranda. Then with a chuckle he grins "Are you sure you want to know?" with that he drops his cooler and takes a seat beside Jaren picking up a cold one from the cooler. "Nice place you got here man, I just might buy my own place once I saved up enough credits. And no, we found the place fairly easy, the large fence was a dead giveaway."
