I have gone to the trouble of tracking down garages and information on said garages. I hope this makes getting what you need easier. As for the prices, these are what was quoted to me by the garage owners.

Important to note of upgrades is that they are cumulative. If you buy a swoop and upgrade it to G3 you have to buy the upgrades to G2 and G3. Additionally repairs are 1000 creds per point of damage.
